LDH-G3500 is the 352nm Picosecond Hybrid Laser with an average power of 35W at 300kHz. Such levels of pulse-width enable material processing at a higher speed than LDH-G1000.

Contributing to the minimization of running costs and downtime

The general mode-locked picosecond laser requires a large amount of running costs for long-term use due to the need to change seed sources once every two or three years.
LDH-G3500 is equipped with a seed source which is a “Gain-switched” method DFB fiber laser and all of the diode pumped fiber lasers are highly reliable single emitter lasers.
Because of this, LDH-G3500 achieved low operating costs for long-term use compared to general laser oscillators.

High-speed processing and High throughput

LDH-G3500 is able to perform high-quality processing that minimizes thermal damage with a great beam quality of M2<1.3, a pulse width of <50ps, and a pulse energy of >300 μJ at 100kHz. In order to achieve high stability and reliability, our unique technology combines the technology of fiber lasers and bulk lasers to create a more compact and simple structure compared to that of other lasers of the same class. With its Green Laser at more than 35W, it is possible to perform high-speed drilling and cutting on brittle materials such as ceramics.
