High-Power, Compact Picosecond Laser
The LDH-G1000 is a very compact unit capable of emitting a high-power green laser with
<50-picosecond pulse, achieved by introducing "Gain-Switched" method for seed laser pulsing. Such levels of pulse width enable processing materials at a higher speed than conventional picosecond lasers.
Hybrid laser = Fiber laser technology + Bulk laser technology
This breakthrough technology was achieved mainly by the following two reasons:
1) Greater output power by combining fiber and bulk amplifier technology
2) Very high wavelength conversion efficiency by maintaining an extremely narrow spectrum.
The great combination of fiber and bulk laser technologies allows the laser to have a long lifetime with low maintenance cost and high reliability. It can produce a very high pulse energy exceeding 100 µJ at 100 kHz easily.
Designed for Long-Term Use in Industrial Production Environments
The laser itself is very simply designed and significantly more compact than other lasers in the market. It has an extremely high reliability and stability. Also, it has a high resistance to vibration, which makes it suitable for the manufacturing field.
The product is fully designed and manufactured in Japan, and various support for users are available if necessary.
